I had several issues with all drains and called Evan’s Plumbing Nick & Jacob came out the same day. They were very professional and friendly got the job done in a timely manner at a reasonable price will use them every time for my plumbing issue they were wonderful

Aaron came out and fixed a leak in our exterior water spigot after the freeze/snow. He was quick and didn’t mind moving our massive freezer and washer/dryer to get the job done since we were not there. We greatly appreciate it!

I posted a request for a local plumber for an RV Leak . Most residential businesses shy away from this because of the aggregation and difference between RV and residential . 5 minutes after my post I got a call from Evans Plumbing . I was told that they could help me out “ sometime “ after lunch I realized that they were busy and already doing other scheduled projects . I was told they would be able to help me sometime after lunch . Well . Got a call at 5:30 pm , Nick , with Evans Plumbing is at my driveway gate . ? What , ?? I used to own my own construction business , by 5:30pm I wanted to be at home with my family ( and beer ) . He started the project and refused to stop and make a return visit the next day ! Extremely a professional attitude ! And much more patience with confined space and aggravating work situations than I have ! He took care of the problem and did an excellent job !! I highly recommend EVANS PLUMBING !!!

They only guarantee their work for 30 days. Then you are charged full price for them to come out again. Had them cap an unused well and 45 days later, their repair sprung a leak at the joint. They don't seem to care about quality work.

Super, super nice guys. When I called, the gentleman who answered the phone answered all of my (crazy) questions with uncomplicated answers, and was very helpful! Prompt response time and had the job done in less than an hour!

Absolutely the worst service I've ever had in my life. For about a month and a half I couldn't use my washer or dishwasher because it would cause the toilet to overflow and back up into my tub. My toilet also didn't work half of the time without backing up nasty dirty water into my tub when flushing. I couldn't take a shower without it not draining and being full to where I'd have to use a bucket to go and dump all the excess water. They came out four times with excuse after excuse on why they'd have to come back. Every single time there was a different reason for it. Told me I'd need to have a new sewer line ran to bypass the issue. And then even once that was deemed to be the solution they couldn't seem to be bothered to come out within a reasonable time as they had an excuse for it. and said they had to wait on Mawws to locate the line. Only to come out one final time to "try one more thing" so I go to meet them there and what really pisses me off is they were there for maybe 15 minutes didnt seem to try much of nothing and then had I not heard them leaving, they wouldn't have said anything to me on the issue. Tech already drove off so I caught the helpers who could only seem to not know what to say other than suddenly the boss "should be able to come out Monday and use his camera to locate it." Overall no communication whatsoever from them. And the real kicker, ended up getting someone else after that because of piss poor service and guess what! The other company came out, found what they couldn't, got my line cleared out and unclogged. They solved the issue in about 6 hours. In ONE day what Evans couldn't in a month and a half. I hate writing bad reviews but I feel this just was wrong.

I’m blown away by the customer service and immediate response time of Evan’s Plumbing! Aaron, that came out to the house, was not only very helpful and informative, but saved me lots of money compared to previous quotes! I recommend this company above all other plumbing companies in Mobile County!!!

Super professionals . Solved a problem that another plumber wouldn’t tackle . Completed two major jobs for me . Fairly priced for the work involved .
